How to request a refund?

1. “I want to cancel the order.”
It is a pity you wish to cancel your order. Whatever is the case for cancellation, you are entitled to a 100% refund. In the event of order cancellation, the funds will be debited back to the account of the initial payment within 5-7 business days from the time of cancellation request.
2. “I didn’t download my order.”
You can request a full refund before the order is downloaded within the terms established.
3. “I requested another writer.”
Every customer can choose a preferred writer for free. However, we inform you in advance that a selected expert may not be available to take the order and complete it by the deadline. In this case, a manager will find another candidate with a relevant background. It is an undesirable situation. However, the writer`s turnover is not subject to a refund.
4. Late delivery
The entire GradeMiners team works round the clock to deliver top-grade orders to the customers right on time. We do not tolerate missed deadlines and encourage customers to monitor the writing progress themselves. However, if the delivery is behind the set time, the order remains non-refundable. According to Refund Policy, lateness is not subject to a chargeback.

5. “My order was canceled.”
If the order was canceled by the service halfway through before the deadline or later, you are entitled to a 30% refund or a 100% compensation to the Bonus Balance. In the event of order cancellation, the funds will be debited back to the account of the initial payment within 5-7 business days from the time of cancellation request.
6. Quality claims
We aim to produce high-quality content only. Unfortunately, opinions may differ. If you feel that the delivered order is below the standard, please, request a free revision of your paper. If you are entirely dissatisfied with the quality and want a full refund for your order, we will require documented proof that the quality of your paper is low (e.g., scan copy of your instructor’s feedback, plagiarism report, etc.). Your request will be immediately forwarded to the Quality Assurance Department.
